As studio activity involves interaction at a group setting, we require you to go through with this declaration in light of the Wuhan Virus Outbreak.

1. I HAVE NOT visited Hubei province in the last 14 days.
2. I HAVE NOT been in contact with people who have travelled to Hubei province in the last 14 days.
3. I HAVE NOT travelled to other countries in the last 14 days.
4. I DO NOT display any one of these symptoms currently or in the past 14 days: Fever, Runny nose, Sore throat, Cough, Shortness of breath.

If your answer to any of the above is “yes”, please do not make a studio booking for the time being.

For instructors, please check with your students as well and prevent them from attending class.
